* We will start find your vehicle from Japanese auctions and will contact you again with a list of vehicles we found as your request. At that time we will provide following details of vehicles

Reserve your vehicle
(1) After selecting a vehicle from the list you have to reserve the vehicle by paying 10% of CIF value. This advance is needed for bidding process of the auction.
(2) At the time of paying advance you have to sign our agreement with us. That will help to improve our mutual understanding and the safety of your money.

Open an a LC (Letter of Credit) for remain 90%
  * After reserve your vehicle from the Japanese action, we will advice you to open a LC for send remain 90% to the Japan. This process is 100% safe way to send money. If you won’t receive your vehicle bank will refund your money.

Your vehicle will be shipped to Srl Lanka.
  *All the shipping process will be handled by our Japanese agent
  *Following documents will be submitted to the bank.
  (1)Invoice
  (2)Cancellation of registration
  (3)Vehicle inspection report
  (4)Insurance documents
  (5)Shipping documents

We will consult you to clear vehicle from the customs
  (1) After arrival of your vehicle to the port we will direct you for a clearing agent for the clearance.
  (2)You have to get TIN number and the VAT number from the inland revenue department
  (3)You have to register with customs
  (4)You have to pay the TAX
  (5)Wait at gate the of port until our clearing agent arrives with your car.
