Two photographs of the vehicle (Two Dimensions)
- Bank Statements as evidence that the applicant has earned foreign exchange.
- Photocopies of the Visa pages, photograph page of the applicant, and the page having endorsement of leaving the country / arrival to the country of the pass port.
- Vehicle purchase invoice
- 2 images of the vehicle
- Vehicle export certificate with English translation
- Affidavit from donor
